# Teach, Teach!

(T/N: In this case, the word "teach" is short for "teacher".)

"There are less kids who keep in touch even after they become famous than you'd think."

Park Heeah (PHA): Not just I.O.I, there are teams too who you taught back then that are recently on an amazing upward trend. A representative (of that) is BTS.

Kim Sungeun (KSE): I trained Jungkook and Seokjin (Jin's real name) from BTS. They were training together with KNK's Insung during their trainee period. (With them,) there was also another person who's rapping in another team right now. That friend left and then later Taehyung (V's real name) came into the company and joined them (Jungkook and Jin). While training the four of them, Jungkook is good at dancing so he went to America to receive training. Taehyungie went back and forth from his house. Because of that, Seokjin and Insung were the ones who received the most lessons. Above all, Seokjin's goal was BTS so among those that I trained, he was the one who (trained) the longest and (trained) all the way. Insung left the company at the last moments with the reason that he didn't suit the team's image. He left on good terms without (any) ill feelings between them. Even after that, he kept in contact and gave me his CD in debuting in KNK. He debuted a bit late but, to be honest, since he is young he could have had felt a great sense of loss seeing BTS do well. I'm thankful he endured that period of time well.

PHA: In the case of BTS, they've had concerts several times too.

KSE: Yes, (the concerts) came as time (passed). They have performances overseas too, and that moment must have been incredibly moving for Seokjin himself. There are moments where you really see the audiences' eyes when you're going around the stage, right. He took a photo of how he himself sees the fans and sent it to me. One day, he wrote to me a message “Teach, we had a performance today somewhere in America." and the next day said, “We had a performance today at this other place." He thinks very beautifully.
