BTS' 2nd full album 'WINGS' has once again set a new all-time record on Gaon chart.
According to Korea's official music chart, Gaon chart's November 2016 album chart that was released on the 8th (December), BTS' 2nd full album 'WINGS' recorded (to have sold) an accumulation of 714,614 sales in 2016. This is the highest ever number on Gaon chart.
BTS, who weren't only setting records on Gaon chart's monthly and annual album charts with their 681,924 sales last month but even setting the best ever record for accumulated total, have with this once again established a milestone.
The distributor pre-orders for BTS' 2nd full album 'WINGS' that was released on the 10th October, surpassed 500,000 before it was released, and the album sales within their first week of release was approached 350,000 and in just one month, October, they recorded a total of 681,924 album sales and attracted attention (from lots of people).
(T/N: To clear up any confusion, distributors like CD stores and websites in total pre-ordered 500,000 and of that 500,000, almost 350,000 were actually sold within the 1st week.)
BTS recently swept the 'Artist of the Year' award at '2016 MAMA' and 'Album of the Year' award at '2016 MelOn Music Awards' one after another, thus truly living up to their title as a trending idol (group).
BTS are also holding 2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR in Seoul at Gocheok Sky Dome this coming 18th and 19th February 2017 for two days.

[2867👍 596👎] When I didn't know Bangtan, I didn't know what song they sang and after becoming a fan, Boy in Luv, I NEED U, Run, FIRE, Save Me, Blood, Sweat and Tears etc... all the songs I think are good are all from Bangtan...

[105👍 6👎] The reason this is amazing is because, this wasn't counting repackaged albums. They sold 700 000 individual albums, and what's more is that the members themselves produced the songs and it includes the members' solo tracks. Truly unable to contain Bangtan's chart destruction* Thank you for not giving up on your music even in the midst of your busy schedule.
